Primary Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This means that there are some parts of the content that do not conform to the accessibility standard.

Additional accessibility considerations

While aiming for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance, we also implemented some Level AAA criteria, such as decorative-only images of text, data preservation after session expiration.

Unresolved accessibility barriers due to budget or technical limitations (Disproportionate burden):

Providing full video captions for our franchisee videos is not currently possible due to budget limitations. We will review this annually.
